Do my seasonal crew need to download an app?
No. Add seasonal workers as manual crew members with just a phone number. They receive their tasks by text and open a no-login summary link on any phone — nothing to install, no password to forget. Only managers and admins need login accounts.
How do the SMS notifications stay compliant?
Crew are only texted after an explicit, separate opt-in — entering a phone number alone never enrolls anyone. Messages are strictly work-related, and STOP and HELP keywords are handled automatically. Message and data rates may apply. Full details live in our SMS Terms and SMS Policy.
What goes into a cost report?
Crew labor (hours × each person's rate), materials used from your inventory, equipment hours, and one-time costs from project budgets — totaled and broken down by project or area. Export to CSV for finance or print a clean handout for the board.
